Our services include service of process (routine and expediated), real estate postings, court filings, notorial acts and court research. We attempt until we can either serve the papers or verify they are not at the address provided, which is important in our industry as many people only make 3 good faith attempts. Our in house program is designed to send an email to the client upon completion of a job and we forward a notarized affidavit upon completion or file the affidavit and send the client a conformed copy if filing is requested.
